My recent move in what very stress free, management was great with communication, and what needed to be handled prior to my move in. My apartment was clean, well maintained, and smelled great! I look forward to spending my time here. Additionally my rent is very reasonable.

This place was awful. We experienced pretty much everything each negative review described and I wish I wouldn't have ignored them thinking "I'm a good tenant". It doesn't matter. Even the maintenance people who came over would get fed up at times and tell me they don't understand why the company is so cheap with repairs and appliance replacements.
