I can always count on maintenance, Josh & Brett are always kind and respectful. No matter how big the job is, they have smiles on their face. Joy and Eddie are easy to speak to and are professional. You always know that Joy is going to send an email to everyone when you see a notepad in her hand. Rent is very reasonable. I don't plan on leaving anytime soon.
So far, my experience with Platinum Properties Management has been very positive. They have always responded to any of my concerns and/or questions immediately. My recent move in what very stress free, management was great with communication, and what needed to be handled prior to my move in. My apartment was clean, well maintained, and smelled great! I look forward to spending my time here. Additionally my rent is very reasonable.
