These are the worse people to rent from! The apartments i lived in they took over a few years ago and didn't hesitate to jump the rent up tremendously! Those apartments are now $1,700 dollars and they haven't did any upgrades yet, the stove had so much rust under it and inside, the refrigerators are old and used to always give out, the water heater would always go out as well. Be sure to document every little thing when renting with them. They'll barely inspect during move in but will white glove you for move out. Also, be sure to disclose if your neighbors smoke, even if platinum doesnt own your whole complex, youll be charged $225 to clean the smell. $95 to change an already broken light fixture. Using expensive contractors instead of their own maintenance. Be weary of the last minute money grab at move out.
