I came to Platinum Properties from another property manager, Michelle, who was great to work with. When she switched companies, I followed her to Platinum Properties. Platinum Properties has been flawless for our 2 years renting with them. They are quick to resolve any issues and truly a top shelf Real Estate Company.
They have a sign up at one of their properties. I referred a customer to them. Said customer called and left a message of interest in the property the same day. Nearly a week later, still no response.
Very impressed with their service. While we will probably wait a bit to move, I will certainly use them as my choice. Kelsey took the time to answer our questions and made us feel important to her, so will definitely use her in the future. Using our next house!!
