Agree 100% with the previous comments. We were moved to Platinum Properties after Shasta Properties. The owner needed to sale his house. Randy Byrd handled everything personally. He agreed to pay a months rent for us to move quickly, same as cash for keys. The faster the more we received. We moved out in 15 days. After which Randy Byrd and the Platinum Properties team refused payment for keys. They also refused to return our deposit. Over $3,000 they kept claiming over $8,000 in repairs. Do not and I repeat, do not EVER do business here. I can't say this strongly enough. This business used to be Shasta Properties, recently shut down for not practicing business properly. My college daughter has filed a small claims action against them for making up bogus charges not to return the deposit, or the second half of their unused rent. From the very beginning the receptionist was rude, and then when their rental was broken into and vandalized, they told the kids they had to pay for all the damage. This is not true, ... read more
