Unfortunately, in my over 25 years of home ownership and working with many contractors, this was my worst experience. First, the job was not started on time. Second, the job took months to complete when I was promised a week on site. Crew either showed up hours late or not at all. Finally, the workmanship was terrible. Extremely disappointing experience. I hired this company to paint my kitchen cabinets, and it was a mistake from start to finish. Instead of refinishing the old cabinet doors, I had purchased brand new ones specifically for this project — which made the outcome even more frustrating. The new doors came back with chips, dents, and uneven paint job. Even worse, it was obvious some of the doors were never properly prepped at all once they arrived at their shop. Platinum Pro Painters Inc. painted both my staircase and kitchen cabinets. The kitchen cabinets were a dated honey brown, and after choosing my paint colour, the transformation was incredible — it completely changed the look and feel of the kitchen. Absolutely fantastic workmanship, very polite, professional and came exactly when they said they would each day, completed thoroughly and timely. Just overall fantastic. Painting our kitchen cabinets was a solution to water damage along the base of the lower cabinets. We chose Platinum Pro Painters as they had great reviews, were local and promised an efficient process. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. We were told it would be 10 days at the outside to be totally finished – it took 44 days instead. There were numerous glitches throughout the process.
