A couple years ago, Platinum Pro Garage & Gate installed a new garage door for me and did an excellent job. Recently, one of the rollers got misaligned because of some debris, causing the frame to twist a bit and I couldn’t close the garage door. Even though it was after hours, I called and Bryan answered. i want to mention one of the garage door installers for excellent work and friendly service. todd installed two liftmaster openers in our garage at our home in port hueneme. he came back today and showed me how to keep the system running smoothly. the installs he did before were much neater and worked better than the company we used before for another garage door. this garage door service does great work thanks to todd and the team in the office.
Great service from start to finish. When there was a small issue with my garage door installation—a bolt wasn’t tightened enough, which caused the door to jam—Levi came out the very next day to check things out. He fixed the problem right away and even added an extra bolt to make sure it wouldn’t happen again. Later, I noticed the loose piece had left a line of dents on the door. i have hired a garage door service twice over the past few years! the first time, they replaced a broken spring on my garage door, and recently, i upgraded my old garage door opener. both times, eduardo came to work on my garage door. he was very professional and quick to respond! he ensured that i was happy with his work before leaving and took the time to answer all my questions! i would absolutely recommend this service to my friends and family!
