I’m extremely happy with the garage door service I received. Jay did a fantastic job setting up the new garage door opener and made sure it was connected to my cars and my phone. The door runs so quietly now! He also took care of the keypad on my other garage and installed a brand new one for me. The service was excellent and very professional. Our old overhead garage door suddenly stopped working, and all the things we tried ourselves didn't help. I called Platinum Pro Garage & Gate in Port Hueneme because my garage door wasn’t working right. Eduardo came out the next day, adjusted the door, and gave me helpful tips like oiling the tracks. When I asked about payment, he said there was no charge. I really appreciate the honest and friendly service. I had tried another company before, but they just told me to adjust my sensors, didn’t fix anything, and still charged me. I highly recommend these guys for any garage door needs!
