I had never before seen salespeople insult potential buyers. But now I have, at Platinum Preowned. The 2 men were rude almost from the start of the "conversation". Arguing took precedence over any sale that they might have finessed. In addition, the car they wanted to sell was priced at twice the price listed online as average.
