We had a very positive experience with salesman Steve Varty, Project manager Travis Haddock as well as all contractors involved, they made sure we were informed step by step in the pool construction, city inspections and schooling. We are ver happy with our new pool and would highly recommend Platinum pools.
Just wanted to take a minute to give a "Shout out" to Lynsie at the Platinum Pools Victoria Office. Since the construction of our pool a few years ago we had some issues with the pool coping stone that ultimately required the coping stone be completely replaced with a different type of stone. I am updating my previous rating of four stars after having the pool for 6 years. Horrible pool, horrible pool construction. When the pool was constructed, there were tons of things wrong but we were pretty much talked out of fixing them. Tile is not straight And dips as much as a half an inch in spots, definitely not to the specs they state in the contract. First and foremost I want to say "Thank You for a job well done." Our family had a great experience from start to finish with our pool build. Everyone involved was professional and informative on each step. Clint and Clay will take good care of your family. We have a son who uses a wheelchair so they came up with installing a ramp for him to enter the pool and add a beach entry for easy access. Can't say enough about this company. I have told them they can use me as a reference anytime.
