I hired Platinum to install a new heater and UV bulb in my Alpine spa. They quoted me $400 over the phone and maintained great communication via text until they arrived to do the job. Completed the job quickly and efficiently. Showed me how to change the bulb so I can do it myself next time. Reduced the price to $300 as it took less time than anticipated.
