Gengiz did a pool handover for us today and we learnt so much as we have never owned a pool before. Also a great guy and knowledgable and just wants to help you anyway he can and very genuine. Would recommend if you ever need a pool guy.

Our pool filter suddenly stopped working and the pool turned completely green. Gengiz from Platinum Pool Spa and Yard Services came out promptly to rescue the pool. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful from start to finish. Within a day, our pool went from green to crystal blue. Gengiz ordered and installed a new filter within a few days, cleaned and tested everything thoroughly, and even went out of his way to fix the plumbing and reposition the equipment for better efficiency. Gengiz did an absolutely awesome job replacing our sand filter. He not only did the job within a day of booking it, he went OVER AND ABOVE making sure that the job was done to the highest standard. He was polite and worked really hard to do the best job for us. Would highly recommend him that's for sure!
