I actually shopped around and found them to be the best price, they even advertise to beat a price if we have one. Come on now who can beat that? 5 stars for me Great prices, Great customer service and great service I will return.
The customer service is very good. They are extremely nice BUT they are NOT nice on your wallet. I was told I have a hole in my radiator & to fix it it would cost me $650. Thank goodness my dad stopped me before I paid that. A new radiator only cost $130 for my car they were going to charge $250 an hour in labor! Will never recommend to friends.

I loved this place. I go to va state university and have told all of my friends and family about this place. They make me feel like family and they hooked me up with a student discount. They were busy but it was definitely worth the wait. Next time I will just drop it off. At least they fed me pizza, it was so good! I needed an inspection and it passed. The Only thing I needed was a bulb. I love them and will forever be a customer.
I have been using Platinum Plus since they opened. I have received nothing but excellent service and great pricing from day one. Everyone in the shop is so friendly and show a genuine concern for making sure I am always satisfied with whatever service i take my truck in for - just as if it were one of their own. I recommended Platinum Plus to everyone! I will continue to use them !! Great job!!!
Best automotive experiance ever. Staff was prompt, professional, and curteous. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. Not only was my ticket less than expected, but Platinum also offered me a fix now pay later option. I absolutely hate spending time in a repair shop. But if I have to, it will be at Platinum.
AWFUL SERVICE!!!! I will NEVER do business with them again. I walked in for an inspection appointment I had 20 minutes before the time of my appointment. There were several people standing in line and no one waiting on us. Finally a man walked in, but did not greet us until I said something to him. I told him I was there for my appointment, but he told me that they were not taking any appointments because they were "caught up on an engine job." I WENT IN AND THOUGHT I NEEDED A RADIATOR, COMES TO FIND OUT IT WAS JUST A LOOSE HOSE.I WILL BE BACK JUST BECAUSE OF THE HONESTY MOST PEOPLE WOULD HAVE RIPPED ME OFF. THEY WERE GREAT AND FAST.
