MY NAME IS CHARLENE CHITTUM, I HAVE BEEN DOING BUSINESS WITH PLATINUM PLUS AUTO REPAIR IN HOPEWELL FOR MORE THAN 4 YEARS. THEY ALWAYS TREAT YOU THE WAY THEY WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN GIVEN THE CHOICE TO HAVE ALL OR SOME OF THE WORK RECOMMENDED DONE AT ONCE OR SPACED OUT. I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WANTING A REPAIR SHOP THAT IS FAIR, FRIENDLY AND GIVES YOU WHAT YOU WANT. IF THEY CAN'T THEY TELL YOU WHERE TO GO. YOU CAN'T GO WRONG.

I absolutely LOVE LOVE this place!! I have finally found a car repair shop I can fully trust, and feel comfortable with. They are so honest and don't beat around the bush. The fix now pay later program is such a blessing. who likes getting car repairs and having to pay the big bucks all at once? I know I sure don't, and also don't have the money for it. This is the worst place to go to get your car fixed. They are way overpriced. They do either do not know what they are doing and/or do not car about your vehicles safety. This is the worst place you could ever bring you vehicle to. Once you get it back it maybe good at fist but give it a few and something will break!!!! DO NOT GO AND DO NOT FALL FOR THE FIX NOW PAY LATER THAT IS CRAP IN ITS OWN. Don't go here or you will regret it

TRICKERY! TRICKERY! My son and I drove my vehicle to Platinum for a diagnostic test to find the cause of a"ticking" noise. After about 5hrs, we were told, instead of putting the car on the machine to diagnose the problem, the tech drove the car and came up with over 10 things that would fix the problem. Our cost would cost $820.63 plus $35.00 per month if we wanted to pay over 2 months. I have been others places before but none like this. The staff shows you what your car needs gives a fair price and has payment plans.... what the heck I now have seen it all. I am in love with this place. Been here now @ 3 times already and each time always clean and friendly. The techs do great work and actually talk to us! I will return and would recommend 2 thumbs up here.
