I am 75 years old and signed up with Platinum Plua Auto Protection in December of 2019. I had car problems took my vehicle to the Chevrolet dealership in May of 2022. I had already paid this company $4,030 for this warranty. However, now nobody answers the phone, you cannot leave a message and my emails go unanswered. Is there anything I can do?
************* MAKE SURE YOU DO YOUR RESEARCH. I thought I did. I had to cancel my card ask my company to file a dispute. This company gave me a lot of run around. Attempted to mail them in writing to cancel warranty and the mailing address could not be confirmed by **** BUYERS BEWARE!
Why is the company so Relentless at getting your business but once they get your money it is almost impossible to get in touch with someone about anything I called customer service to cancel my policy and the young lady told me after asking for my policy number that I needed to call another number in ********** but I'm talking to customer service??? Now I just want to cancel this policy really shady
After purchasing and see this is a scam I have tried for 2 solid days trying to call them to cancel and get a refund and they never answer the phone at all, I called like 25 times in past 2 days and get nothing.I want my money back
I've been trying to cancel my account and get a refund because I've already got another coverage and this one Is no longer necessary. But for some reason the representative just took me off of auto pay but didn't give me back my deposit money. I switched because they don't cover the full hourly wage to the mechanic. They legit sold us on this warranty service from Chevrolet, sounded good, until. After reading and researching when I called to question them about reviews they first said they were sorry but couldn't approve my claim for my repair. Interestingly enough we didn't have a claim though. Canceled service within the week. Still billed for first month. They utilize a paylink provider so good luck getting money back through them.
