I would not recommend Austin's services. He is inexperienced, overpriced, and did not follow up as promised. He took calls about other jobs on my time, took apart my hot water heater, left the burner assembly hanging out, broke the igniter, and misdiagnosed the problem. He said he would ‘look up the part' and get back to me but I never heard from him. When I reached out to ask about it he said he was too busy to follow up and I should call someone else.
