Platinum came out to my home. I was very unhappy with the attitude of the technician. The work was sloppy and not finished in a timely manner. I do not reccomend this company at all.

Came out on the date and time quoted; performed all repairs as agreed in an efficient and professional manner; all work was performed at a very reasonable rate. The plumber was friendly, informative and extremely helpful. I am glad to finally have a plumber on whom I can depend.

I do not recommend this company. the plumber that came out, took a long time to do a simple task. Also, you pay by the hour, and he had to leave to "go buy parts" and was gone for 45 minutes, charging every minute. Not to mention, the items that he needed, any standard plumber should have on his truck. (All he was there to do was fix a leaky faucet). I am not happy.
