Nick was very knowledgable and was able to fix my busted pipe due to the freeze and loss of power very quickly. I was extremely impressed with the way business was handled through texting and he really prioritized his appointments based on whether you had water, which shortened the amount of time I had to go without water. I will definitely be calling Platinum Plumbing the next time I need a plumber.
