Being new in Vegas, I wanted a new Medspa to get procedures done on a regular basis. Didn't like or appreciate this clinic's approach. They have online very misleading info on the list of procedures they perform. They want you to believe you can get that specific procedure, then call them only to tell you that they don't know what you are talking about. I was hesitant to have rhinoplasty as I had never had a surgery before. They made me feel comfortable and I had minimal swelling and discomfort. Very convenient surgical center next to the office.
The best. I have had the best results in all services they have provided. Sierra does amazing lip injections...she is a perfectionists...whole staff and doc are great!!! Highly recommend

I had a transaxillary breast augmentation implants. Doctor Costa was very kind took his time in going over everything in the first appointment. Made sure I understood what would take place. Answered all my questions never made me uncomfortable or feel silly. His Team was amazing prompt with all replies answered all questions took their time made you feel very comfortable. With 100% recommend.
