Heather was not telling the entire truth on this matter i'm sorry to say. We went over in recording that the guests must bring a major credit card and a government issued id when checking in. The guest refused to travel with their major credit card because they were afraid they might lose it. Also the customer booked our last room for a major holiday and canceled less than 72 hours before the check in date which normally results in a one night fee. If you are like me you are looking this company up either while on the phone as they are trying to sell you a vacation package or considering going through them for one. It sounded great despite my hesitation to purchase anything from someone that randomly called (I had signed up to win a car, don't judge me!!
