Literally the best grooming facility I have ever used, and I have been to several having moved around for a few years. I hate to even call it “facility”, because it doesn’t feel like that at all. I hate dropping my dogs off places, but I know they are in good hands here and I don’t worry at all. Recently we lost our 16 year old Shih Tzu and the care and consideration they had for her during the last stages of her life was just unmatched (not to mention the best cut my dogs have ever had). Big shout out to Tara and the rest of the staff at Platinum Paws for always taking care of my sweet Ruby Sue. The staff is extremely nice and the inside of the building is clean/well kept! My 5 month old Shihpoo can be timid around new people, but she always leaves happy and in a good mood! I know she’s in great hands and will look adorable when I pick her up! ❤️

I'm not a customer, but I certainly wish that I were. I follow Kat Henschen and Platinum Paws online and her videos on nail trims, grooming, and more are so very helpful. I used to be terrified of trimming my dogs nails and the clickety clack of nails on hardwood floors became background noise in our house. But with her tips, I'm now more confident in trimming nails and I'm now getting our dogs used to the dremel. Our world needs more compassionate and generous people. Education is key and I'm excited to learn from Kat.
