Platinum painted the exterior of our house as part of a larger contract for exterior work through M&M Gutters & Exteriors, and it turned out good. We wanted to have the inside of the house painted as well, and Spencer came over to provide a bid. It's been several weeks, and we still haven't received the bid. My wife and I tried contacting Spencer multiple times, but he's routinely ignored our calls and texts. Very professional and disappointing.
Platinum painting did two houses for us as well as some interior painting. The quality and customer service were first rate. We will be using them in the future and recommending them to everyone we know.
Spencer and his team are incredibly thorough and hold the upmost respect for the work they do. Even with a full schedule, they took the time to accommodate my needs and made sure that my time was respected. I work very odd hours and they were very flexible to meet me in the middle. His crew was respectful of my home and it showed in the meticulous preparation they took before they even started painting. There's nobody I would recommend more when it comes to professionalism, workmanship and coming in under budget.
