Platinum was amazing. I worked with Jr who kept me updated and informed on all aspects of my repair. They made scheduling and dropping off my rental easy. The best part, my Mercedes was flawless when all repair work was completed. I recommend Platinum for any vehicle repairs moving forward.
I had a coworker accidentally run into our Toyota Camry in the parking lot recently and it caused some damage to the left front bumper area/headlight. Platinum was fantastic through the process of going through insurance and also helped with coordinating us getting picked up for our insurance rental and let us drop it off onsite as we picked uo the car. My mom was in an accident her insurance assigned her to this body shop. After 3 tries they still couldn’t get it right. Personally do not recommend it.
Great service from staff and excellent work. The turn around on the repaint was fast. They also worked with me the car rental and was reliable.
This shop is awesome! I worked closely with Maria throughout the process of getting my paint fixed here and she was incredibly helpful and timely with her responses. I felt informed and secured throughout my experience with them, and I will most definitely be coming back in the future.
