I went here in 2022 for my swollen right wrist, and I had the worst experience. Office has a long wait time and Dr. Richland is quick to recommend surgeries. The office changed my appointment time a day before the scheduled date when I had made this appointment a month prior. I arrived at my new appointment time 8:45am and waited nearly two hours. Dr. Blanks and his staff were great, but I have left many messages on the phone and the website over the course of the past two weeks, have been in quite some pain, and I have not heard back. I thought it could be their voicemail system, but after I wrote the message on their site, it must be something else. I have wasted two weeks waiting and I will wait no longer.
my previous review got deleted!! are they hiding something? they need better customer service, they need someone handling those phones
