I was introduced to Platinum Nails over the summer, and I have NEVER had an issue! This place is amazing, and the people who work there are even more amazing! I receive compliments on my nails every time and am always recommending Max! If you EVER consider getting your nails done I honestly don’t understand why you would go anywhere else other than Platinum Nails 🤷🏻♀️❤️🤟🏾

Rude..... Answerd the phone so unprofessional ... I didn't not even feel welcome when i came to the salon ... They were so rude. I rather travel far and be treated better when i am spending my money
My Granddaughter and I had a wonderful time. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They have a special section set up for little girls. My granddaughter loved it. She picked her spa chair because it was "cool" (it was a rock star) and matched her toes. There are chandeliers and artwork. A lot of thought went into this area.
First time there, everyone was very nice and accommodating. Love the little girl pedicure chairs, my granddaughter loved it!!

I have lived in Dayton, OH for 7 years and I finally found a nail salon that meets all of my expectations!! Every salon I have gone to before Platinum Nails would make me feel like they cared more about the money than actually making my nails look good. Max and his staff are nothing but professionals, and every time I am in, they make me feel truly cared for.
I love everyone that works here. They always do a fantastic job. �
