On May 21, 2026 before attending my son’s award ceremony, I visited @Platinum nails located at 6908 Olive Blvd, University City, Missouri. This was a nail spa I had frequented prior to the pandemic, and unfortunately, my recent experience was very disappointing and not reflective of the customer service I once remembered. I got my lashes done and it looked pretty but then the next day my eye was swollen so I wouldn't recommend any one to go here and hopefully somebody else also had a bad experience and come forward
