I have been visiting platinum nails since I was 8 years old with my mother and I have never had this experience I asked for a pedi and full set ! My pedicure came out very well !! However I had the worst experience with my nails. I let one of the technicians do my nails and as I was watching her do my nails I noticed that they weren’t square and that the paint was running off my nails. On May 21, 2026 before attending my son’s award ceremony, I visited @Platinum nails located at 6908 Olive Blvd, University City, Missouri. This was a nail spa I had frequented prior to the pandemic, and unfortunately, my recent experience was very disappointing and not reflective of the customer service I once remembered.
