Got a call from Brandon at 8:15 in the morning asking if my property was still available, but he would not say where he was calling from. I also asked how he got my number and he would not provide that info either. I told him he was ballsy for calling me and wanting to ask all these questions if he couldn't even provide the name of the company he was calling from. He replied I was rude for calling him ballsy. Well sir, this is a two way street, do not expect to cold call people and get answers to all these personal questions... read more

What a tool. Seriously. He is the listing agent on a house I had considered. His comps were completely off, and when it was pointed out by my agent, he thew his assistant under the bus claiming she did all of that. My agent gave a verbal on my offer, which he blew off. They had an open house the coming weekend and he wanted to do that. Apparently he was convinced a magic offer on a house in this market was going to come thru after the place had been listed a month.
