Kind of a kind Rant....I recently drove from Denver to Martinez to see friends and family. Almost as soon a I got here, my power steering went out and I took my car to Platinum Motors on Alhambra Ave. for the worst auto repair experience of my life. Not only did they mis-diagnose the issue, they took over three weeks to get the car back to me. And they lied to me, multiple times, in the process. I will never do business with this place again. It started out great. They helped my son get his dream car and trade in his Camero. Two months later his Camero loan is still not paid off, I'm collecting late fees and hurting my credit score since I'm the co-signer on his original loan AND to top it all off they already SOLD his camero. Seems pretty shady to me. Not a happy mama.
