I don’t normally do reviews but felt compelled to give this place it’s 5 stars because these guys are the best! I’m always a little skeptical of used car dealers, but KC & Robert were super genuine good guys. They were honest and fair. Not pushy at all and helped my girlfriend and I find the right car. They have a great selection and a lot of car knowledge. You’re in good hands with this place! Very friendly and welcoming. Special shout out to Robert, as he went above and beyond! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Outstanding customer service; got a car, major repair and a pro detailing from them, couldn't be happier. All within reasonable price range. The car looks brand new. Keep up solid work TY!
I wish that I could give a negative star!! I trusted this dealership to repair my vehicle and, was completely deceived multiple times by the service manager Nick!! My car over heated on 8/11 in Martinez on Alhambra Ave. I noticed a dealership across the street and, walked over to see if I can pay to have coolant put in the car. The service Manager Nick sent his mechanic over to check out my car and, he drove it over to his repair shop. I was told that the thermostat wasn't opening and needed replacing. Kind of a kind Rant....I recently drove from Denver to Martinez to see friends and family. Almost as soon a I got here, my power steering went out and I took my car to Platinum Motors on Alhambra Ave. for the worst auto repair experience of my life. Not only did they mis-diagnose the issue, they took over three weeks to get the car back to me. And they lied to me, multiple times, in the process.
