What a fun, clean dealership!! Loved the selection and the folks were so nice and accommodating. Boris especially helped us out with information and guiding us on our journey. When o got home my brother commented on the new ride and I’m sending him in to look for one himself. Ask for Boris!!!
Poor Communication and Rude Service My experience with this dealership was very disappointing. The owner’s customer service is seriously lacking — His tone is rude and dismissive. It’s clear that customer satisfaction isn’t a priority here. I expected professionalism and respect, but unfortunately, that’s not what I received. I would not recommend doing business with this dealership.
Terrible experience — would not recommend. The owner at this dealership was extremely rude and unprofessional. He doesn’t stand behind his word, and the way he does business feels dishonest. I was treated disrespectfully and left feeling completely frustrated. Save yourself the headache and take your business somewhere that actually values customers and integrity.
We dealt with Pedro who helped our son buy his Lexus which was priced good. They have a good selection of inventory. KC helped us with our paperwork and was upbeat and friendly. They worked with us on the delivery of the car and we were very happy with our experience!
I don’t normally do reviews but felt compelled to give this place it’s 5 stars because these guys are the best! I’m always a little skeptical of used car dealers, but KC & Robert were super genuine good guys. They were honest and fair. Not pushy at all and helped my girlfriend and I find the right car. They have a great selection and a lot of car knowledge. You’re in good hands with this place! Very friendly and welcoming. Special shout out to Robert, as he went above and beyond! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
