I’m very disappointed with my experience at this dealership. When I purchased my car, I was told that the sunroof issue would be fixed. It has now been going on since January, and more than a month after purchasing the car, the problem was still not repaired. I called the dealership and was told they would order the necessary part and contact me once it arrived. I never received a call back. In the past I have been apprehensive about purchasing my cars at a dealership...... Lets just say, past experiences have been less than positive. A friend recommended Platinum Motors. Robert was my contact, he was wonderful, and so easy to work with, not pushy at all. Love my new car, and would absolutely recommend this dealership!
