Top tier customer service the staff was incredibly nice and kind throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly, especially for someone like me who doesn’t have much experience with this kind of process. Edit - they saw this review and were able to fix it for me. I just bought a car from this dealership. At first everything went very smoothly. I got a call a few days after everything was finalized so they could mail my title. It never came. I called and went to pick it up that day and they said it has just been approved. After going inside to get my title I was told for the first time that my car was out of state and I would need to take it to get inspected. We purchased a truck from them today and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Despite being very busy we never felt like we were being ignored or waiting to long and we love our new truck!
