I had a horrible experience the day before in Colorado, where I live. I contacted Platinum Motors via Facebook messenger regarding a Cadillac XT5. He was very quick in responding and very nice. I drove 4 hours the next day to go look at the car. I loved it and decided to purchase it. However, the moonroof wouldn't work, so he made it completely right and lowered the purchase price!
