After dealing with an unreliable contractor in the past, I was relieved when the technician arrived on time and efficiently installed the new thermostat without any issues. The service was conducted professionally and has made controlling the temperature much easier now.
I decided to write a review because the technician explained each step as he installed the new thermostat, wrapping up in about an hour. Having dealt with other services before, I appreciated his diligence in confirming all connections were properly set.
Great local HVAC company! They showed up right on schedule for our annual heat pump checkup. The pricing was transparent with no hidden fees, and the technician gave us helpful tips on how to improve indoor air quality. Friendly service and great value
The thermostat wiring was faulty, which they diagnosed and replaced in about an hour, similar to when they fixed a similar wiring issue for us last year. The technician explained each step clearly, allowing me to follow along as he worked.
I was initially concerned about their availability since it was a weekday morning, but they arrived promptly and completed the A/C system maintenance in about an hour, explaining that everything was functioning well after a thorough cleaning. The technician also advised on the benefit of scheduling regular check-ups every six months to prevent future issues.
