Horrible management company, they don’t do anything to fix any problem they just care about taking your money. Never gave us our security deposit and we paid up til our lease was up even though there was mold they refused to fix
If i could leave a zero star i would…Katya has been avoiding me for over a month. I consistently call, text, and email. I was given a lease that stated the tenant was responsible for utilities INCLUDING electric, gas, and WATER… only to find out a year later i have been paying for 3 units water bill and apparently i wasn’t supposed to be paying a water utility according to Katya, if that were the case.. He pretends to be caring but be careful!! If you get a quote ask it on writing.. he will change the price on you!! He is not honest !! Stay away.. I had a toilet changed (2 month old)he kept the old one for free and never properly installed the new one and I still got charged!!
This is my first time ever renting in my life and I feel awful for anyone who has to deal with this company. They are incompetent and unprofessional and neglectful. I haven’t even been dealing with them for one month. My lease started December 15, 2025 and I have been on the phone every single day with these people. This has been the worst experience of my life.
