Lived at North Lake Apartments in East Brunswick for 2 years, and dealing with management was—and still is—a complete nightmare. After moving out, management lied and withheld my security deposit without any legitimate reason. I had to take them to court to get it back. The result? I rented a property that was managed and possibly owned by this company, Platinum Management. From start to finish this company was rude, uncaring, and extremely unprofessional. They made my life, a living h-e-double hockey stick. They did not preform needed maintenance or extermination until the housing authority forced them. They used very dishonest practices. Beyond a huge disappointment….Seen 1of the properties I was really interested in Filled out the application and paid $50 for a background check Got approve and been speaking to this women name Elaine for almost 1month now and all I keep getting is my paperwork being worked on but not saying when it will be completed which I’m not understanding why do it take so long to do paperwork but was quick to ask if I have the security deposit Anyway my move out date is suppose to be October 1 which she is aware off I been patient for ... read more

Avoid at all cost. Katya, rafi, claudia care exclusively about money and will nickel and dime for everything all while refusing or not responding to urgent repair requests. They will fight you when you report a problem and argue instead of sending a repairman. I am warning you do not sign with this company. They are awful. Rafi is a small little man literally and physically that thinks he is gods gift to this earth. Arrogant, unprofessional, non-responsive. Avoid!
