Charges 2000 for a 1bedroom apt and have a ton of rules. They raise these prices to be discriminatory against those with rental assistance. Have a ton of rules while overworking their staff with extra steps.
WASTE OF TIME! I finally understand why they were given so many 1 star reviews. I swear this company does not care to rent their units out so I cant imagine how it would be if you actually lived there. I had so much of my home searching time wasted by their company. I was interested in one of their East Brunswick - North Lake property units.
