This is by far the WORST HOA management team in *******. They do not answer phone calls or return emails and just kick the can down the road. ****** ***** is the so-called director and i have had to reach out to her numerous times for answers about major debt concerns and questions regarding our community and its Crickets.. literally 4 to 6 weeks for a response if you even get one and her responses are very basic with no follow ******* many others who have posted, I strongly suggest you look at their reviews they are hideous... read more
Key employees leaving for the day, before the end of business hours. Makes it hard when you live several time zones away. But my real issue is being spoken to with such lack of respect, right out of the gate. I was just calling to get the right website to pay my ***************. The bill they send has platinumonline.org... not the website you need to pay your bill. I was very politely asking for help and they said that was rude then refused to talk to me. Bought a rental property in Sierra Vista, AZ last year. Have received a dozen violation letters with regard too trash can and weeds. Not clear on where trash cans can be stored. My tenant stores them behind half wall near air conditioning unit. Evidently he is expected to return the can to this or some other mysterious hidden spot as soon as the trash is picked up. We do not set a hearing date in our letters, but rather invite the homeowner to schedule a hearing date. We give 14 days from the date of letter sent for response. I’m sorry if the postal service took 14 days from the date of the letter to deliver it. In regard to the trash can storage, the letter states it must me be out of view from the street and neighboring property. Most homeowners store cans in their rear yards or garage, I believe. Platinum is my HOA management company. They take pictures of my property without any authorization from me. Which in my eyes is a security issue when I am a single women living alone at home. They constantly send out letters to have weeds pulled when these are dormant wild flowers not weeds. Not sure what their flower vs expertise knowledge is!! I find they have nothing better to do then patrol our neighborhood looking for anything they can so they can send out letters. I give them a D- of management of HOA's!!!

This companied has lied about various things over the last 3 years, and they lie to get out of the previous lies yet they expect the home owners to do what they demand or they threaten legal actions. They do not communicate with each other at all. When legal action is taken by a home owner they the management company tries to make illegitimate threats of their own. This company is useless.

I have always (2 years) been able to contact the Association with concerns. Although they do not always follow through; I recently spoke of an issue I believe to be dishonesty within Platinum Management. The dishonesty was in a letter notifying me that my questions and concerns had been brought to the Board. However I was told (via email) they didn't have time in that meeting while other pressing issues were more important (color schemes in the community).
