High quality service and high level of professionalism.
We hired platinum maids for a move out service and they did a terrible job. I would recommend going with someone else. Our apartment was about 700 sq ft and for nearly $200 all they did was vacuum and clean the fridge. All of the cabinets, closets, drawers, and laundry area hadn’t been touched. They left a big stain on the stove top indicating lazy work. Every surface still needed to be dusted. We are very disappointed with the service and ended up having to spend another hour cleaning after them. Think twice before hiring.
For the past 3 years this company has taken such good care of us and our home. Their attention to detail and consistently high quality service is greatly appreciated every single time I come home to a clean house. AND they charge less than a national service we used at our previous home!
