Lived here for 4 years. One of a kind apartments and really helpful staff. Property manager and maintenance are very prompt and have high standards
I love the monthly resident events! It is a great way to meet people and to build community. Amazing location, walkable to nob hill restaurants/bars/coffee shops!
I have no idea who is writing these fake reviews but ... The walls are thin. You will hear everything your neighbors say on a phone call. Wildly overpriced. I regret everything.
Remember people, when ur vehicle gets broken into, they will blame u and then tell u to leave if u dont like it. Security is a big problem. However, they will flaunt it as a selling point. Pay attention to the following review as it is 100 % correct. The following review is from another unhappy customer. Lived here for nearly a year and a half now and have had a phenomenal experience. The units are in great shape, the maintenance is fairly responsive, and the community is great. In walking distance to all the Nob Hill shops and a short commute to downtown and the Air Force base. There’s occasional security concerns, but they have a security team present during the nights which is helpful
