I called two days before and he was able to get everything set up and ready within 30 minutes. The driver quinn was awesome he showed up on time and was friendly. We started at a hotel and needed to make a couple stops and it wasn't a problem. He dropped us off and picked us up on time from multiple locations. We hired this company for our wedding night getaway limo. We paid in full as they demanded and provided the time, date, and occasion. My husband wanted this service and was completely excited for this exact feature to our wedding. I on the other hand could have went with our hotel shuttle. They called me on my wedding day when they had my planners number. Least to say they showed up 45 minutes later after the requested time. We had to go back inside and wait for them to show up. I have used this company for multiple times and I've never had any problems with them. They have excellent customer service and the drivers are always prompt and with clean cars ready for pick up. Our driver (Derrick) patiently waited for us while the whole party was ready to go visit downtown Dallas. He even recommended some places to go and look for pictures and food for my kids birthday.
