Stacy is the best communicator ever. Not just in customer service, but in life, in general. Not even trying to be hyperbolic here. She gets back to you quick, for even the simplest questions. I don't know how she does it, but it's super appreciated when dealing with the stressors of a home purchase. Stacy knows her stuff and will 100% get you across the finish line.
