This is my second time leaving a review for Platinum Landscaping. I took the first one down after they said they would come back and fix all the issues that they caused the first time. The initial issues were lack of communication, inability to follow directions, and poor quality work. The communication issues were: we were given assurances from the owner that any work that was going to be done would be coordinated with us first. Great people, the results just weren’t there for us. We were told several times that they would be out to treat for weeds after grass was cut, which never happened. We asked for a quote on edging for our beds, which never happened. We will be finding someone else to use that is more responsive and follows through. UPDATE: Deegan reached out to me promptly. Platinum did excellent work. Greatly appreciated the quick response time, showing up to work when scheduled and the expected results. Mr Hanks is a personable professional with ability to communicate clearly and deliver what is promised. When needed, I’ll call him again. Highly recommended!!
They really are an amazing service. I was in desperate need of a repair, and was told they could be out 2-3 weeks. Less then a week later they manage to fit me in their busy schedule, and got what I needed done. Very reasonably priced, and great all around experience. Will be using them from here on out.
