Tina is the most unprofessional broker I ever experienced. I had the most horrific experience of working with her team last year that left me traumatized and I lost 20k in a new construction deal because of her team and my ratchet realtor. The reviews you see regarding Tina Ulmer is true. I was the Realtor & buyer. I currently have a lawsuit against her company as I believe she sold me a new construction home with RADON! Yes RANDON which is deadly! I believe she intentionally disclosed of this based on my documentation I’ve already sent my attorney. She is very unprofessional and unethical!
