The owner has had my wedding band for 22 months or 1 year and 10 months to re-size. And after MONTHS of contacting and re-assuring it was in New York and coming soon-I am left with no response for 5 months and the Cool Springs store is obviously closing! He does not return calls, his “guy”, Billy, acts like he knows nothing, and did not meet me when I clearly communicated I would be at store to pick up. Chris-I know you were there and hiding! I will let you all know if I get my ring but might take legal action.
