I took my grandmother’s ring in to be repaired as the band had broken. I explained it was the only thing I had from my grandmother after her passing and they were very compassionate and the owner told me she would hand deliver it to the repair person and they never mail items. They did a BEAUTIFUL job on the repair and undercut the price of others by half. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
