I was pressed for time from my insurance company after hurricane damage and repair. I called Thomas and I was prepared to plead for immediate assistance, and it wasn’t necessary I had an appointment set for the next day without even asking. Thomas was very Professional and on time, he did a thorough inspection and completed the report the same day and sent it to the insurance agent and I. Outstanding thanks Tim

He goes out of his way to get the inspections done in a timely manner, and to answer any questions my clients may have, as well as making suggestions that may save them money if they are open to hearing about it!!

*HIGHLY RECOMMEND for ALL INSPECTIONS!* Thomas performed our inspection for a house we are purchasing in Cape Coral. This is our 3rd home purchase but our first experience with Thomas @ Platinum Inspections and I truly cannot say enough positive things. Thomas was awesome! I needed a quick inspection asap and I called Platinum Inspections and Thomas was there the next day. He was very pleasant, professional and very detailed. He took his time and went through everything with me when he finished. I need a few updates and he came back to update the inspection without charging me. The Price was great also. Very Highly recommend him to anyone buying a home. Thank you again for a great job Thomas! Bob
