My initial purchase of a 2022 Hyundai Palisade from Platinum Hyundai of Tracy was unremarkable. However it's the follow up that's really lacking. Back in April 2025 I traded in the Palisade for a more fuel economic car. I had purchased and extended warranty, so was owed a reimbursement on the residual. I bought a Hyundai Elantra thru them on 3/12/2022. When I bought the car I was working I have since retired and my income has gone down significantly. So I messaged them to see if I could get a lower APR as I only have 18 months left on my loan. A woman called me to get some information and basically jerked me around and left me hanging. I saw a Light Grey 2018 Mercedes Benz GLC 300 approx. 61,000 miles advertised. I let my partner know that I like the vehicle and he sent a family friend to look at and take it for a test drive.
