The doctors are fantastic, however, billing office is the worst I have ever dealt with!! I called them to explain I had over 10 doctor bills n hospital and the difficulty in paying it off completely . They never explained to me that they would send the bill to collection agency in two months if not paid... and that they would charge me another $200.00 to send it to collection agency.!!!! If this was explained to me, I definitely would of paid them first instead of sending payments first to hospital n other doctors ! Nobody i... read more
Poor customer service left voicemails two days no reply calls are going straight to voicemail. Just send their doctors to out of network and bill patient horrible system
