I am a first time home buyer. How does it get any better than having Kathy Collins in my corner? She was lovely to work with . I felt as if I was her main priority. Kathy Collins helped us with our loan and we couldn't have been more pleased. She made the process seamless, was extremely knowledgeable, kept us informed, and calmed our anxieties as we waited for our final loan approval, which came prior to the closing date on our contract! She even called us when we left the title company to congratulate us on our new home......she seemed as excited as we were! We highly recommend Kathy and Platinum Home Mortgage.

Kathy Collins KILLED it!!! She went above and beyond. Didn't matter what time or day it was, if I had a question she had the answer. Will definitely recommend and will be coming back to her for future business.
