It’s Sad that this place close last October 2018.
John is an exceptional home healthcare professional. He went above and beyond, talking to me about my diabetes and other health problems I have and about the importance of proper nutrition and exercise. I would recommend his services. Thank you.
My mother was cared for by John, a nurse at Platinum, from the time of her stroke in 2011 till her death in late 2016. Throughout that time, John was like part of my family. He provided the best care possible for my mother, in a knowledgeable and empathetic way. He gave excellent guidance to my entire family and was there with her in her last few days. I can't say more good things about him and the excellent service I received through Platinum.
I have been taking care of my 94 year old mother with dementia since 2005. I have dealt with ten or more home health care companies all these years and I have never been 100% satisfied with nurses, physical therapists, nutritionists, occupational therapists etc. There was always a time issue, never showing up, scheduling problems, no compassion for the elderly and not really caring.
