I contacted Platinum for wound care services four months ago and received excellent care these past 120 days through my visiting nurse Lori LPN and the agency's managing/intake nurses Destiny RN and Emily RN. The care I received was very personable and I appreciated the loving care and medical advice from these lovely ladies. So thankful that after a minor procedure where my arm was supposed to be immobilized for a week, I was able to get help in to cook, clean and even walk and feed my dog. I was also able to continue my physical therapy and never had to leave my house. The people that came out to my home were all friendly and professional. They came in and did whatever I needed and it was nice to not have to worry. My therapist was also terrific and so patient.
