I have been with Platinum for 5 years. I have gone through a few HHAs to find the right fit for my mother who has dementia. I have to say the staff, i.e., Irene Ayala, Brenda Morales, Katrina Gutierrez are great. Today I actually broke down with tears (FYI I hardly ever cry) because I was told they were sending a new HHA in place of the one that was on vacation.
