I signed a contract with Sergio Jr in June of 2025 to have roof, siding, soft metals, and gutters replaced. Sergio was fantastic dealing with the insurance company and adjusters. However, once he got the initial $34,000 check in hand, communication has been scarce. They finally completed the roof at the end of September (still missing some drip edge). We are very pleased with the roofing job that Platinum did on a very large roof this summer. Their prices are reasonable for top quality work.They are easy to work with, and they left no mess when the job was done. Highly recomend.
We were approached by two workers who were canvassing our neighborhood after a recent storm. They asked if they could take a look at our roof. After taking a look they kept promising “they would get us a new roof” Apparently two shingles had been blown off, and the shingles are no longer made. Initially I was contacted by Platinum Home Builders, LLC. (going forward PHB) after our area experienced a severe weather period that resulted in wind, hail, and structural damage throughout the Village of Eagle, WI. After sending their Reps away several times I allowed a young man Ryan to come and talk to me. I allowed him on our roof and after examining roughly 25% of our roof Ryan came down saying he was confident that his father’s company PHB could get our insurance to replace our entire roof. Roof looks amazing Amer knocked on my door even though I had a no soliciting sign and heard him out and went ahead and filed a claim for wind and hail damage he was with my husband as well throughout the whole process and the workers were very clean and didn't cause a mess like other jobs we had
