A great experience with Ed from Platinum today. Really took the time and care to answer some questions I had. But most importantly solved the issue with a very difficult HVAC system ( LG FROM 2014) HIGHLY RECOMMEND this mechanical company.
No showed at my appointment and even after they sent a confirmation the day before. Didn’t even bother to message me. I had to find out by calling them 20min before the end of the 2hr window.
