The service is with a smile and knowledgeable to help you decide what you need (or want🤣) I took my son in law for his first bbq and they even waited for him to decide 15mins after closing but never felt pressured…customer service as it should be 🤙
We called in to ask about a part for our Weber Griddle BBQ and also to enquire about our fireplace. The young lady that helped us was nothing short of excellent. We’re so sorry we didn’t get her name. She went above and beyond and was very genuine. An absolute credit to the brand. I have attended this store previously for wood chips and bbq briquettes and the service has always been 10/10.

My wife and I went to the Weber store at Weber Taren Point with the intention of buying a new Weber Spirit BBQ just before Christmas. We were met by a sales person (I think her name was Dale) and she was great. Knowledgeable, and offered us lots of helpful advice.
