We recently experienced an issue with our Regency fireplace remote, which left the unit inoperable. Thankfully, the store went above and beyond to advocate on our behalf with Regency. Thanks to their efforts and the excellent customer service from Regency, our fireplace is now fully functional again. It’s truly refreshing to see both the retailer and manufacturer stand behind their product with such commitment—something that feels increasingly rare these days.

The customer service by the team at this store is amazing. I am a first time Weber buyer and the lady (who’s name I forgot to get) was so helpful and genuinely took the time to answer my questions and show me all of the features of the Baby Q. She spent a good half hour helping me with my questions and finalising my purchase. I’m loving my new bbq!
