I called Ben at Platinum Heat and Air with an air conditioner problem. He came out the same day and assessed the issue. The sixteen year old unit had finally bit the dust. Ben emailed an estimate for replacement that evening. The price was fair and the timeline for installation was perfect. I’m not an HVAC guy but I am a bit of a gear head. When my old air conditioner finally bit the dust, I asked my repairman for an estimate. He said that although he fixed them, he didn't install new units. But he gave me the names of 3 people he recommended. Ben ******* was his first choice. He said he was a very reliable, honest young man and was very reasonable. I contacted Platinum Heateat and Air and the owner, Benjamin ******** returned my call quickly. I was told by another company that I needed to replace my entire system with a heat pump. I I had asked Platinum to come and give me a quote on a new system. I was hoping to beat the $6,932 I was quoted by the first company. Benjamin came out and was perfectly on time. Benjamin did an excellent job installing two complete units at my rental properties. He offered good value that I decided to do two change outs of systems that were 20+ years old. I know the prices of equipment and time it takes to install them. He met my expectations. There are many heat and air people out there who try to legally steal from you. This was not the case with Platinum Heat and Air. Recommend.

I have several rental homes and need a heat and air man very often. I have been using Platinum Heat and Air for quite awhile now. I am very pleased to have found this Heat and air company. Ben, the owner, is such a nice, honest, and reasonable man. He is very eager to please. We have used him many times and have always been pleased with his service. I highly recommend this company to meet/exceed your service request.
