I was just there today. And I have been a loyal and frequent customer there. The Employees have always done a GREAT JOB! Somehow as of today. I will no longer visit the business! When a customer asks a question it's pretty clear you don't try to be confrontational. Remember it's my hard earned money going into your pocket! Joe and Julie are great! Platinum has become our new favorite car wash. In fact it is now the only place we go! My boyfriend has old school vogues and Joe makes sure they are shinny white each and every time we visit. I can't say enough about the service. The guys who work there are all friendly and customer satisfaction is definitely important to them. We definitely appreciate the attention to detail!
I really wished my car wash would've been great. My car wash was rushed through. And then windows along with the inside looked like parts were skipped. Overall service was fast but not quality.
