The lady simply said ‘we dont have time’ when I called beforehand as well as arrived by 11am. They closed at 4pm🤷♀️
First time visiting Platinum hair today and the team were incredibly accommodating. The team were run off their feet and my amazing stylist still managed to squeeze me in and give me one of the best blowdries I've had. Amazing service, super friendly and professional team. I've been using this Salon for many years now, wonderful people. A Clean and Professional environment where I'm always made to feel relaxed & comfortable. Randa does an incredible job of cutting my hair so I can highly recommend.
I've been coming here for the last few years and have seen a few different hairdressers. They've always done a brilliant job and prices are quite reasonable! I took my nearly 4yo for her first proper haircut today and they were so good with her. She was thrilled!
