Had a barber try to reschedule my appointment 20 minutes before my scheduled time without any explanation or anything. It was for an engagement party that I was attending in the afternoon so I had to scramble last minute to find an alternative. Avoid these guys.

First time at Platinum and I had a great experience. Henry did an amazing job on my haircut and really took his time with the details. He listened to what I wanted and made sure everything looked clean. Definitely recommend booking with him!
