Used to love this place until my stylist told me she was going on medical leave, by text, a day before my appointment. Then wouldn't give me any recommendations of who i should see at the salon or tell me what my cut was called so I could tell another stylist because it's a cut that barely anybody can do and she did it perfectly. Its been over a year and I still can't get her to answer that simple question. Lauren has always done my hair. I've been trying to get ahold of her through messenger, her phone, & the shop phone for the last few months with no respone. Now we are all adults. She couldve just told me that she didn't want to do my hair anymore. Instead what she chose to do which was ignore me completely. No text, no message, no call back. Completely unprofessional & uncalled for.
